Welcome to Prabhupada Village, a rural Hare Krishna community situated in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in scenic North Carolina. Our spiritual community is an affiliate member of Iskcon and is centered around the spiritual principles found in the Bhagavad-Gita as taught by His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the Founder-Acharya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness.

Prabhupada Village was founded in Sandy Ridge, North Carolina in the year 1992 and has now grown significantly to accommodate 25 resident families.  An attractive, Vedic-style temple is under construction and is the heart of the community.
